Patricia Bendlin Spür is a German attorney-at-law with over 10 years of experience in energy regulation, EU regulatory law, investment and export control, public procurement, compliance, and contract law. She has been practising independently since October 2022.
Most recently, she served as Lead Legal Counsel at TSCNET Services GmbH in Munich, a regulated service provider for European transmission grids, where she managed the Legal, Regulatory Affairs & Compliance Function, advised managing directors and business units, and coordinated with transmission system operators, ENTSO-E, ACER, and national regulatory agencies across Central Europe.
Previously, she worked for international law firms, including as Senior Associate in the public law sector at Bird & Bird in Munich, advising international corporations on energy, foreign trade, EU regulatory, and public procurement law. She was recognised as a core lawyer for foreign trade practice in The Legal 500 Guide for Germany 2020.
